The Pyramids of Giza, Memphis and Saqqara are among the most important archaeological sites in Egypt. In Giza, you can find the famous pyramids of Khufu, Khafre and Menkaure, along with the Sphinx. Memphis was the ancient capital of Egypt, while Saqqara is famous for the Step Pyramid of Djoser, one of the oldest in history.
Daily Itinerary
In the morning, our tour guide will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo to start the journey to the Pyramids of Giza. The Pyramids of Giza are among the most famous monuments in the world. They include the pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure, as well as the Sphinx. They were built in ancient Egypt as tombs for the pharaohs and represent the greatness of Egyptian civilization.
Memphis: Memphis was the first capital of ancient Egypt. It is located near Giza and was an important political and religious center. Today it preserves statues and archaeological remains, including the famous statue of Ramses II.
Saqqara: Saqqara is one of the oldest necropolises in Egypt. It is famous for the Step Pyramid of Djoser, the first pyramid in history. Kings and nobles were buried here, showing the evolution of Egyptian funerary architecture.
After the visit, lunch will be served at a local restaurant. At the end of the trip, our guide will take you back to your hotel in Cairo. Meals: Lunch
